CHIZELLE accepts the following methods of payment:

Credit Card

When an order is placed online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system stripe.com, that accepts payments in AED via Credit and Debit Cards.

CHIZELLE Customers are assured highest Credit Card security due to the fact that all transactions are processed by a world-class payment gateway stripe.com.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHIZELLE REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT ASK FOR CREDIT CARD DETAILS THROUGH ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION.

CHIZELLE recommends Customers to obtain E-commerce security PIN CODES supplied by SecureCode by your Card provider bank.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

If the funds are available and the account is valid, the order will be processed by stripe.com. Credit Cards are debited upon order placement Order items (which are shipped later in the season or when advised by CHIZELLE).

CREDIT CARD CURRENCY (AED)

Credit Cards are debited in UAE dirham, and the final price will be calculated using the applicable exchange rate provided by the Credit Card Company processing the transaction.

CASH ON DELIVERY (UAE ONLY)

Cash on Delivery is paying cash upon receiving the goods (Only within the UAE)

SWIPE CREDIT CARD ON DELIVERY (DUBAI ONLY)

You can pay through your Credit/Debit card for the order payment at the time of delivery in Dubai, UAE.
